ToolsGuru is a small project and there is no guaranteed response time. We read every email sent to info@aleenaltd.com and reply when we can.
Before You Write
Many questions are already answered on the site. These pages may get you an answer faster:

Reporting a Bug or Broken Tool
A good report lets us reproduce the problem. In your email, please include:
- The name of the tool and the address (URL) of the page
- Your browser and version, and whether you are on desktop or mobile
- What you did, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- The type and approximate size of any file involved (please do not attach private files)
- A screenshot or any error message shown on the page, if there is one
Other Things You Can Write to Us About
Tool requests. If there is a small task you currently do with a heavy desktop program or an upload-based website, tell us what it is and what the input and output should look like.
Content corrections. If a guide, FAQ answer or tool description is wrong or out of date, tell us the page and what should change.
Partnerships and links. ToolsGuru is part of a small group of related sites listed in the footer. For other link or partnership suggestions, email us with a short description and the address of your site.
